THANKSGIVING FELLOWSHIP SUPPER: We will have a church-wide Thanksgiving Fellowship Supper on Wednesday, November 14th at 6:00pm. Trinity will provide turkey and salad bar. Please bring your favorite side dish or dessert to share.
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD INTO THE HOME STRETCH: Just one more week to go – OCC Shoeboxes are due next Sunday, November 11th at noon. Thanks to everyone who has filled shoeboxes. Children all over the world will receive your gifts along with the gift of the gospel message. It's not too late to pick up a box or sign up for "pre-paid" boxes - just write a check to Trinity for $25 per box and drop it in the offering plate or leave it with a volunteer at the table in the narthex.
NEW MISSIONS OPPORTUNITY: Pickens County will soon have a new homeless ministry, Cheryl’s Place, located near the Jasper Thrift Store. Committed to breaking the cycle of homelessness in Pickens County, Cheryl's Place will motivate, educate, and transform the lives of the homeless families it serves. For more information on how to get involved, please call Julie Curry at 770-630-4354.
COLLECTION FOR HOMELESS MINISTRY: We are collecting gently used coats, gloves, socks, blankets and other warm clothing to send to the homeless in Atlanta via the Holy Spirit Ranch Ministries on Sunday afternoons. There is a collection basket located in the narthex. Items can also be dropped off during the week. Thank you for helping!
BENEVOLENCE PROJECT NEXT SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 10: Trinity is partnering with Meals by Grace (mealsbygrace.org) to deliver food to needy families in Dawsonville on the second Saturday of each month. The event begins at 2 pm at Harmony Baptist Church in Dawsonville, where teams are assigned a family based on recommendations from school counselors, pack boxes of food for that family and then deliver those boxes to the assigned family. Please contact Kay Bechtel at 404-402-2546 if you are able to help November 10th. We will meet at Trinity at 1:00pm to carpool to Dawsonville. We should finish and be back at Trinity by 4:30 pm.
CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Celebrate Recovery meets every Friday. Dinner is at 6:30pm, followed by Large Group Worship at 7:00pm and Share Groups at 8:00pm. Celebrate Recovery is now open to anyone who has a hurt, habit or hang-up that is stealing the peace God intended you to have.
