NEW SERMON SERIES “THINK AGAIN” ~ What makes you “think again”? Do you take time to reconsider your opinions, priorities, habits and behaviors? When the Israelites returned to Jerusalem after decades of captivity, God spoke through the prophet Haggai and challenged them to “give careful thought to their ways.” As we begin 2019, we can benefit from doing the same thing! So please join us for a five-week study in the book of Haggai.

SMALL GROUP REGISTRATION: If you are not already a part of a Trinity small group, consider joining one! Register on Sunday or email Jason, jason@trinityonthenet.org. Small groups are the best way to know, and be known by, your fellow brothers and sisters in Christ at Trinity!

WEDNESDAY FELLOWSHIP SUPPERS AND EVENING ACTIVITIES: Join us on Wednesdays! Suppers start at 6:00pm. Trinity will provide the main dish, and we ask that you bring a side to share. Wednesday evening activities for children, youth, men and women run from 7:00-8:00pm. Our main course for Wednesday, January 23rd will be beef brisket and salad bar.

BABY SHOWER! Trinity is having a luncheon baby shower for Jeff and Lacy Anderson on Sunday, January 20th immediately following the 11:00 worship service. Baby boy Oliver was born October 11th. Some items they are still in need of are baby clothes (6 months and older), toys, and educational items like baby books and games. They are registered at Babylist.com. Please RSVP to Casey Caudell at casey@trinityonthenet.org or 706-658-4639.

JOIN BREADBREAKERS! The new Breadbeakers Fellowship opportunity will be this February through June. Groups meet once a month. It is a wonderful way to get to know your brothers and sisters. Sign up in the narthex on Sunday or email Chery Hollis at breadbreakers@trinityonthenet.org. Deadline to sign up is January 27th.

BAPTISM: Baptism is a beautiful, biblical affirmation of our faith in Jesus. If you are a follower of Christ and have never publicly professed your faith through baptism, please talk to a Pastor or contact the church office. We would love to include you in our next baptism service which will be on January 27th.

SERVE SUNDAY! ~ JANUARY 27: On the last Sunday of this month, we will highlight the ministry needs and volunteer opportunities at Trinity! God is at work in so many exciting ways at our church and we would love for every regular attender to be involved with Him in that work in at least one capacity. We want to help you find a place to serve that fits with your God-ordained gifts!

MEMBERSHIP MATTERS: If you are not a member of Trinity but want to find out more about Trinity Church, please plan to join us Sunday, February 3rd after the second service for our Membership Matters class. Membership Matters is the first step toward membership at Trinity. However, by attending you are under no obligation if you simply want to learn more about what it means to become a member. Lunch will be provided. Please RSVP by contacting cindy@trinityonthenet.org to let her know how many will be coming with you.

SAVE THE DATE! On Sunday, March 17th at 6:00pm we will be hosting the Toccoa Falls College choir for a concert right here at Trinity Church! This will be the beginning of their Spring Break Tour. Please plan to join us for this evening of Praise and Worship led by college students who love the Lord! Invite a friend!

WEATHER ALERTS: When we have weather events, Trinity will communicate service time changes or cancellations via church-wide email and via our website (trinityonthenet.org). But you will only receive the email if you are on our email list for church events and activities. If you would like to be on that list or to update your information for our database, click here or fill out a Guest Card on Sunday and mark the last box on the front of the card.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY: Celebrate Recovery meets every Friday. Dinner is at 6:30pm, followed by Large Group Worship at 7:00pm and Share Groups at 8:00pm. Celebrate Recovery is now open to anyone who has a hurt, habit or hang-up that is stealing the peace God intended you to have. Contact Steve Blackwell, stephenblackwell@tds.net, or Rhonda Blackwell, rhondablackwell@tds.net for more information.
