Jason has been at Trinity since September of 2014. Prior to coming to Trinity, he served as Pastor to Families and Children for five years in Fayetteville, GA. He graduated from the University of Georgia in 1997. Jason studied theology at Dallas Theological Seminary where he earned a Master of Theology in 2009. God graciously opened Jason’s eyes to the majesty of Jesus, his Savior, at the young age of 10. He is blessed to be married to Joanie and they have four children: Laney, Miller, Aaron and Hadley.

Christopher Ridler

Chris and Becky Ridler have been a part of the Trinity family since September of 2006. In May of 2006, they moved to Georgia to serve as house parents at the Joy House, a local ministry working to restore teens and their families through Christ, and served there for over 5 years. Chris has served as youth pastor at Trinity Church since November of 2006 and took the role of Pastor of Worship Arts in November of 2011. Chris graduated from Northwestern State University with a Bachelor's of Arts with a concentration in Music and is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity at Reformed Theological seminary in Atlanta. Chris has been married to Becky since 2004 and they have one child, Noah.

Charles Caudell

Youth Pastor

Charles was born and raised in Commerce, Georgia. He began attending church as a teenager at the prompting of his grandparents. Charles was heavily involved in boy scouts, achieving his Eagle Scout award and also working as a camp counselor. The many skills Charles learned as a scout helped mold his life as well as a few camp leaders who were true examples and models of Christ in Charles' life. It was the work of the Holy Spirit, through the church and people who God placed in Charles life, that began to work on his heart and help him come to truly know Christ as his Lord and Savior in his early 20's.

Charles has held many volunteer positions with both children and teens in communities and churches over the years. He was on staff as Children's Pastor at New Covenant Worship Center in Athens, Georgia for two years before The Lord called Charles and his family to The Joy House (a ministry for teens in crisis) in 2011. While serving at The Joy House for nearly four years, Charles also served in the Children's Ministry here at Trinity. After leaving The Joy House, Charles transitioned into the Youth Pastor role. He feels called by God to partner with parents in mentoring youth through example, teaching of the Word, prayer, and relationship building in order to bring youth closer to Christ.

Charles married the love of his life, Casey Caudell, in May of 1998. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Kaylee and Hannah.

Casey Caudell

Children's Director

Casey was born and raised in Cleveland, Georgia, growing up in church at The Cleveland Worship Center. The Lord blessed Casey with a wonderful husband named Charles, in May of 1998. Together, they have two beautiful daughters, Kaylee and Hannah. Casey has been a home-schooling mother for many years. Casey has served in Children's ministry for over 12 years, holding both volunteer and staff positions in the areas of nursery, preschool, and elementary age children. Casey served on staff as elementary Children's Director alongside her husband at New Covenant Worship Center in Athens, GA. During their ministry in Athens, Casey and her husband were called by The Lord to leave their home in Commerce, Georgia to become House Parents at The Joy House in Jasper (a ministry for teens in crisis). Casey and her family served at The Joy House for nearly 4 years. After moving to Jasper in 2011, God led Casey and her family to Trinity Church where they both quickly became involved in children's ministry.

Casey is now Children's Director here at Trinity. Her desire is that each child would come to know the amazing love of God in their life. Her goal is to partner alongside of the parents, to help these children become solid in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Casey feels it is an honor to serve God through serving children and their families
